soma

/ˈsoʊ.mə/ noun

from Greek σῶμα – body

The body experienced from within: not as an object,
but as a living, sensing, feeling presence.

Somatic Empowerment

begins with the understanding that
the body holds far more than tension or sensation.

It holds emotions, boundaries, intuition, desire, memories, expression,
and ways of relating to ourselves and others.

This work offers a space to slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect
with the body as a living, feeling presence. With curiosity, honesty, and care.

The essence of this work

A space to
meet yourself

) (

This work is not about fixing anything
or becoming someone else.

Being with what is

It's about being with what is already here:
your body, your boundaries, your experience.

Through this work,
you are invited to come home to yourself.

Slow down & reconnect

In body-based sessions, we slow down
and help you reconnect with your own signals.

To notice what feels right in your body,
and what doesn't.

You are met with care, respect, and presence,
exactly as you are.

From there, a different way of relating to yourself can begin.
A way that creates more space inside.

Space to be yourself

There is space for your yes and your no.
For uncertainty, hesitation,
and not knowing.

Nothing is expected.
You're allowed to simply be as you are.

With more clarity

With more clarity,
you begin to move through life
with greater choice and self-trust.

More aligned, more honest,
and more of you.

You are the expert of your body and your experience.
This is your space to meet yourself.

Where it begins

Why this work?

Most of us have learned to live more in our heads than in our bodies.

We focus outward

We learn to focus on thoughts, responsibilities, and what happens around us, while gradually hearing ourselves less clearly.

We disconnect

Over time, this creates a subtle disconnection. Not because something is wrong, but because we've learned to override our own signals.

We learn to adapt

To adjust, to hold back, or move away from parts of ourselves in order to belong, function, or stay safe.

A different approach

Instead of asking why you are the way you are, we begin by listening inward and noticing what happens. In your body, in real time.

Over time, this can become a different relationship with yourself.
One with greater awareness, choice, and trust in what feels true for you.
From this place, authenticity, self-trust, and a life that feels more aligned can naturally emerge.

Part of being human

This work can include intimacy

Intimacy and sexuality are natural aspects of being human.
This work welcomes them as part of the full range of human experience.

Not as something to pursue, but as something that can be explored
with the same presence, care, and respect.

For many people, this is where deeper patterns live,
especially around boundaries, trust, expression, and connection.

When approached slowly and with clear consent,
it can become a space for deeper awareness and meaningful change.

At the same time, nothing is expected. Many sessions unfold without intimate touch.

We simply follow what feels right and true for you, at a pace your body can stay with.

The practitioner
behind Safe Embrace

Hi, I'm Radu.

Radu, somatic empowerment practitioner in Copenhagen

It's nice to have you here.

  • Maybe you feel a quiet curiosity.
  • Or a pull to slow down,
and to feel yourself more fully.
  • And perhaps, a sense that something in your life wants to shift.

My own path into this work began in a similar place: living mostly from my head, and gradually learning how to come back into my body.

Learning to listen to myself more honestly changed how I relate to myself, to others, and to life itself. It brought a deeper sense of presence, aliveness, and feeling of being at home in my own body.

Today, I offer a space where you can explore that for yourself.
At your own pace, in your own way, and without expectations.

If something in you resonates with this, you're warmly invited to
book a free introduction call. I will be glad to meet you.

This work begins when you feel ready.
