Safe Embrace ·
Somatic Empowerment
A collaborative space where you remain in choice,
and your body sets the pace.
from Old English bodiġ – bodily presence
The ongoing process of returning to the body as a place
of presence, awareness, and inner knowing.
Somatic Empowerment sessions
are a space to slow down, listen inwardly,
and reconnect with yourself through the body.
Together, we explore what becomes possible when there is space
to notice, feel, and respond more honestly to your own experience.
The work is guided by choice, attunement, and your body's natural pace.
Not by pressure, performance, or the need to become anything else than you are.
Why people choose this work
This work can support a deeper connection with yourself through the body.
Over time, people often describe feeling…
…more peaceful and present in themselves
…more connected to their boundaries, needs, and inner signals
…more space to slow down, soften, and listen inwardly
…a stronger sense of authenticity and self-trust
…greater ease with intimacy, touch, and self-expression
…a deeper sense of self-acceptance, aliveness, and embodiment
These shifts are never forced.
They emerge gradually through presence, safety, and honest connection with yourself. The intention is not to become someone else, but to feel more at home in yourself.
Each session is unique
Each session is shaped collaboratively and may include different elements depending on your intentions, boundaries, and what feels supportive in the moment.
No two sessions look alike, each one is uniquely shaped around you.

of our work
Breath
Attuned
Holding
Sometimes, we simply need space to soften, be supported, and feel held without needing to do or change anything.

Sensitivity
Intimacy
For some people, this work may include the exploration of intimacy as part of reconnecting with the body and learning to relate to sensation, vulnerability, and pleasure with greater awareness and self-trust. This happens in a slow, conscious, and fully consent-based way, and can support greater awareness of patterns, boundaries, emotions, and bodily responses connected to intimacy. Intimacy is never expected, required, or assumed.
Breath and awareness can support a deeper connection to your body, helping you settle, slow down, and notice what is happening within.
Touch is offered with care, communication, and respect for your boundaries. Always guided by your comfort, consent, and pace.
Sometimes, we simply need space to soften, be supported, and feel held without needing to do or change anything.
Your emotions, sensations, and inner experience are welcome here. There is space for what wants to be felt, expressed, or gently witnessed.
Some sessions include movement, while others invite deep rest and stillness. Together, we follow what feels supportive for your body and nervous system.
Learning to sense, communicate, and honor your boundaries: noticing what feels aligned, what doesn’t, and practicing expressing that with greater clarity and self-trust.
Developing a deeper awareness of your body, sensations, emotions, and inner signals. Learning to listen more closely to the subtle language of your nervous system.

These elements may or may not be part of a session, all supporting a shared intention: helping you reconnect with your body, deepen self-trust, and express yourself more authentically. There is never any expectation to move beyond what feels genuine, consensual, and aligned for you.
The session structure
Sessions are structured to support safety, clarity, and honor your body's natural pace. They typically move through three phase.
Arrival & Intention
We begin with conversation. A space to arrive, settle into the room, and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.
Together, we explore what feels present for you today. What you're carrying, what you're curious about, and what feels important to acknowledge or explore. We clarify intentions, boundaries, and consent.
Nothing moves forward until you and your body genuinely feel ready. Sometimes this phase remains the session itself. There is no expectation to move into touch if that does not feel aligned or supportive in the moment.
This space is yours to use in the way that feels most honest and supportive for you.
Body Awareness & Touch
Through touch, breath, and embodied awareness, we engage the body with care, presence, and attunement.
The focus remains on your sensations, signals, boundaries, and natural pace. Touch in this work is not passive, but relational. We continuously respond to what your body is communicating in the moment.
You are always free to pause, adjust, redirect, or stop. Your "no" is always respected. Your "yes" is never assumed. Consent remains an ongoing dialogue throughout the session.
The intention is not to force an outcome, but to create space for deeper presence, awareness, and connection with yourself.
Reflection & Integration
We close with time to rest, reflect, and allow the experience to settle gently into the body.
Integration is where experience begins to take meaning beyond the session itself. We may speak briefly about what arose, what felt important, or what you wish to carry forward.
The invitation is not only to leave feeling calm and supported, but to continue meeting yourself with greater awareness, presence, and self-trust in everyday life.
The experience continues in the ways you meet yourself in everyday life.
This spacious timeframe is intentional. It creates room for presence, for the body to move at its own pace, and for the experience to unfold gradually and without pressure.
On your own terms
Your comfort and
sense of safety come first.
You are free to choose how much or how little clothing you wear. Sessions can take place fully clothed, partially clothed, or with more skin contact, entirely depending on what feels right for you.
There is no expectation to undress beyond what feels genuinely comfortable for you. Nothing is required, and you are welcome to change your mind at any time.
We check in together and adjust as needed, so what unfolds stays in tune with your boundaries and your sense of ease and safety.
The intention is not exposure, but attunement: staying connected to your body's signals and choosing what supports your sense of ease and agency in the moment.
How to prepare
You're welcome to arrive exactly as you are.
These simple invitations may support your first session.
Before your first session you're welcome to schedule an obligation-free introduction call. This is a chance for us to meet, for you to ask questions, and share what brings you to this work.
You do not need to arrive with a perfectly clear intention. Sometimes curiosity, a feeling, or the desire to slow down and reconnect with yourself is already enough. We simply begin with where you are.
Consider leaving space in the hours after a session. A good idea is to have time for stillness, for a quiet walk, or whatever your body asks for. Integration continues long after you leave.
Sessions last approximately 3 hours. This time allows space for conversation, bodywork, and integration without rushing the process.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours in advance. Changes made within 72 hours incur a 300 DKK fee, as the session time and practice space have already been reserved for you.
Before your session, please take a moment to read the ethical guidelines so that you have a clear understanding of the framework in which the work takes place. Comfortable clothing is recommended if you choose to stay fully or partly clothed during the session. As we may work with oil, it can be helpful to wear clothes you do not mind getting a little oil on. If possible, avoid heavy meals shortly before the session so your body can remain relaxed and comfortable. Most importantly, come just as you are.

You do not need to know how to "do" this work or arrive in a particular way. Curiosity, openness, or simply the feeling that something in you wants to slow down and reconnect is already enough.
That is completely welcome.
Some people arrive with a clear intention, while others come with only a feeling, a question, or a sense that something in them wants attention. We begin by listening to what feels present in the moment and allowing the session to unfold from there.
Not necessarily.
Each session is shaped collaboratively and depends entirely on your boundaries, comfort, and what feels supportive for you. Some sessions involve touch, while others may focus more on conversation, slowness, breath, awareness, or emotional exploration.
There is never any expectation to move into touch.
No.
Some sessions remain fully clothed, while others may involve varying degrees of undress depending on your comfort level and the nature of the work. You are always free to remain fully clothed throughout the entire session.
Your pace, choice, and sense of safety remain central throughout.
All emotions are welcome.
Sessions can sometimes bring people into deeper contact with feelings, memories, vulnerability, or parts of themselves that have not had much space before. Tears, laughter, silence, uncertainty, numbness, or emotional expression are all natural responses.
Nothing needs to be forced or performed. We simply make space for what is genuinely present.
Always, and without needing to explain yourself.
Consent in this work is ongoing and can be changed at any moment. You are free to pause, adjust, redirect, or stop at any time during the session.
Your "no" is always respected. Your "yes" is never assumed.
Intimacy and sexuality are natural aspects of being human, and this work welcomes them with the same presence, care, and respect as any other part of our experience.
This is always your choice, and never assumed or expected. When these areas are included as part of your intention, they are never approached as performance or expectation, but as experiences that can be explored consciously, slowly, and with care. For many people, intimacy can become a space where deeper patterns around boundaries, trust, vulnerability, pleasure, self-expression, and connection become more visible.
The focus remains on staying connected to yourself: your body, your boundaries, your emotions, and what feels true for you in the moment. The work is always held within a clear professional framework grounded in ongoing consent, choice, and respect for your pace.
There is no fixed path.
Some people come for a single session, while others choose to explore the work over a longer period of time. The process is collaborative and moves at a pace that feels supportive and meaningful for you.
Before your session, please take a moment to read the ethical guidelines so that you have a clear understanding of the framework in which this work takes place.

It can be supportive to leave some space afterwards to rest, move slowly, or simply stay connected to yourself for a while.
Many people find that insights, emotions, or sensations continue to unfold gently after the session. There is no "right" way to integrate the experience. Often the most valuable thing is simply giving yourself time and space to notice what remains with you.
You do not need certainty before reaching out.
