My journey into this work

A heartfelt path
back to myself

My journey into this work began in my early thirties, when I realized I had been living largely from my head, disconnected from my body and the signals of my inner world. Although I was outwardly functional, I had little access to sensation, emotion, or felt presence.

Through this work, I gradually came into a more honest and compassionate relationship with myself. I began to feel more, to listen more closely, and to trust what was happening in my body.

What followed was a deeper sense of presence, aliveness, and feeling of being at home in my body, allowing me to live in a way that feels more aligned with who I am and what truly matters to me.

I've come to trust the body's own intelligence,
and the clarity that emerges when we slow down enough to listen.

I've seen how meaningful change begins with the relationship we have to ourselves. Experiencing this shift firsthand naturally led me to this work. What began as personal exploration gradually became a professional path.

Today, I feel grateful to offer a space for others to reconnect with their bodies and to what feels true for them. A space to slow down, to listen inward, and to come back into contact with what is already there. In their own way, at their own pace, without expectations.

Training & background

What informs this work

01

Trauma-informed bodywork

I am trained in trauma-informed bodywork through the Copenhagen Heart Awakening Institute (CHAI), a Copenhagen-based training institute focused on body-based and relational practices.

Through this training, I developed a strong foundation in consent-based touch, nervous system awareness, and working with the body in a safe and attuned way.

This continues to shape how I hold sessions today: with care, clarity, and deep respect for each person's pace, boundaries, and individual experience.

02

Relational presence & authentic relating

My work is also shaped by practices from Authentic Relating and Transformational Connection.

These approaches have deepened my ability to listen beyond words, stay present with what is unfolding in the moment, and meet others with honesty, sensitivity, and care.

They support the relational aspect of this work: how we communicate, sense, and respond to what is happening together in real time.

03

My own embodiment path

Beyond formal training, this work is deeply rooted in my own process.

Through years of personal exploration, therapy, and somatic practice, I've come to understand how the body holds experience, and how much can shift when we learn to listen to it.

This ongoing journey continues to shape how I meet others: not from a place of having the answers, but from being in relationship with the process itself, and meeting all experiences with curiosity and acceptance.

I remain committed to ongoing supervision and continued learning,
so that this work stays grounded, ethical, and responsive.

Working together

How you will be met

In the space we share…

You will be met with care, respect and presence.

I'm not here to lead you somewhere or fix anything within you.
I'm here to meet you, exactly where you are.

In our sessions, we stay close to what is actually happening in you, moment by moment. We slow down. We listen. We follow what feels true in your body.

I stay with you in your experience: listening, sensing, and responding to what unfolds. Together, we create a space that supports honesty, self-trust,
and a deeper connection with yourself.
